Branch Manager (Sales & Operations)

Job Description Job Description General Manager Culligan Water is hiring a hands-on General Manager to run a local branch. This role is sales-first with full responsibility for day-to-day operations and growth. What You’ll Do Own local sales: generate leads, run appointments, close deals (residential + light commercial).

Manage the team: service tech(s), delivery, and admin—set priorities and keep things moving. Run the branch: scheduling, installs, service, inventory, and basic HR. Own the P&L: hit revenue targets, control costs, and keep the business on budget.

Deliver great customer experience: fast response, clean installs, and follow-up. What We’re Looking For 5–10 years of experience in a service business (plumbing, HVAC, water, home services, etc.). Proven ability to sell and close.

Comfortable leading a small team while doing the work yourself. Organized, accountable, and practical—gets things done without a big support staff. Profile Player-coach.
