BIM Arch & MEP Modelers

Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM ARCH & MEP Modelers at BCE located in Chennai. The Modeler will be responsible for creating Building Information Models, architectural modeling, mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) modeling, and generating construction drawings. QualificationsBuilding Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture skillsMechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling skillsExperience in creating construction drawingsProficiency in software tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and NavisworksKnowledge of construction processes and building codesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentDegree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fieldSchedule: Day ShiftSupplemental Pay: Overtime Pay2-10 years of experience in BIM Arch & MEP ModelersMust be located in commutable distance to Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
