This role is accountable for owning and accelerating bancassurance business performance at regional level, by driving strong commercial execution, deepening bank partnerships, and building a high-performing sales force.You will act as the key growth driver, ensuring consistent achievement of premium targets while unlocking new revenue streams across bank channels. Key Responsibilities1. Own Regional Revenue & GrowthTake full ownership of regional bancassurance targets (APE, FYP, case count, productivity)Drive aggressive sales growth through structured action plans and execution disciplineContinuously identify gaps and implement high-impact initiatives to close performance gaps2.
Strategic Bank Partnership ManagementBuild and maintain strong, influential relationships with key stakeholders (Regional Heads, Area Managers, Branch Managers)Position yourself as a trusted business partner to the bank, not just a vendorDrive joint business planning, sales campaigns, and activation programs3. Lead & Elevate Sales Team PerformanceManage and develop Area Sales Managers / Relationship Managers across the regionInstill a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountabilityConduct regular coaching, field visits, and performance reviews to uplift productivity4. Drive Business ExpansionIdentify and unlock new opportunities within existing bank networksAccelerate penetration across branches and improve product adoptionInitiate localized strategies to maximize regional potential5.
Execution Excellence & GovernanceEnsure strong discipline in sales execution, pipeline management, and reporting accuracyMaintain full compliance with OJK regulations and internal policiesCollaborate cross-functionally (Training, Product, Ops) to ensure seamless delivery6. Performance Monitoring & InsightsAnalyze sales data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendationsMonitor key metrics: conversion rate, productivity per RM, persistency, and activation rateProvide regular business updates to senior management RequirementsMinimum Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, or related field)8–12 years of experience in insurance/banking, with strong exposure to bancassurance channelProven track record in handling regional sales targets and delivering consistent growthStrong leadership experience managing multi-layer sales teamsExcellent stakeholder management (especially with bank partners)Strong commercial mindset, analytical thinking, and execution capability
