Assist in development of the Corporate cloud strategy and cloud governanceDesign architecture for hybrid cloud integration solutionsRecommend new cloud services to develop conceptual designsIdentify cloud solutions that align with the business strategyEvaluate cloud capabilities to support business initiativesAsist in selecting vendors for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and integration capabilitiesMaintain cloud governance documentationAssist in proper identification and tagging of cloud services and resourcesProvide status reports and escalation of issues as appropriateDevelop cloud training plan for other teams and business stakeholdersDevelop, document, make recommendations, and communicate plans for investing in IT cloud infrastructure, including analysis of cost reduction opportunitiesDesign, develop, and oversee implementation of end-to-end IT cloud integrationsDevelop and execute test plans to check IT cloud infrastructure and systems technical performance. Report on findings and make recommendations for improvementCollaborate across the IT organization and with vendorsFoster a culture of innovation and continuous improvementOther duties and responsibilities as assignedEssential Job Duties & Functions:Ensure the availability, performance, scalability and security of cloud services to conform with IT policyMaintain overall Cloud infrastructure (i.e., EC2, SQS, S3, VPC, Lambda etc.)Setup alerts for monitoring performance of various cloud applications and servicesEnsure that all cloud engineering procedures are well documentedJob Specifications:Strong knowledge of cloud networking using VPCs, Private Links, Transit GatewayDeep understanding of cloud storage solutions such as S3, EBS, EFS, RDSHands on experience managing serverless solutionsAWS associate or professional certification in one or more areas is requiredExperience with containerization with Docker and Kubernetes Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline preferred. Comparable work experience is acceptable.4+ year's experience in enterprise architecture, design, and integration2-3 years’ experience building and deploying on-prem and cloud solutionsExperience in designing hybrid and multi-cloud solutionsKnowledge of GCP, AWS, and Azure cloud servicesMethodical and focused troubleshooting skillsProven track record for designing and architecting cloud solutionsAbility to work under pressure and meet strict timelinesStrong understanding of cloud platforms and security protocolsStrong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skillsITIL V3 Awareness training preferredMust be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
