Profile Overview
- The AVP will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and scaling technology-enabled solutions within the Clinical Support Services (CSS) portfolio at IKS Health.
- The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, requiring the individual to define product vision and roadmap while actively driving both the development of new solutions and the expansion of existing products. Sitting at the intersection of product management, clinical workflow design, and client engagement, the role entails end-to-end ownership from problem discovery through commercialization and scale.
- The individual will play a critical role in expanding the CSS product suite and driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with clinician enablement goals
- Identify high-impact opportunities within US healthcare workflows
- Conduct market research, client discovery, and competitive analysis
- Prioritize initiatives based on client value, scalability, and business impact
2. Product Development & Execution
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including building new solutions (0→1) and scaling and expanding existing products (1→N), from ideation through launch, adoption, and continuous optimization
- Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and specifications
- Partner with engineering, data, and design teams to build scalable solutions
- Ensure seamless integration with EHRs and client systems
3. Clinical Solution Design
- Deconstruct complex clinical and administrative workflows into scalable solutions
- Design hybrid models combining technology, automation, and human-in-the-loop processes
- Develop SOPs, playbooks, and operational frameworks for scale
- Leverage data and analytics to continuously improve performance
4. Commercialization & Growth
- Partner with commercial teams to position and sell product capabilities
- Develop business cases and ROI models for clients
- Identify new revenue streams, product extensions, and cross-sell opportunities
- Support client presentations, demos, and strategic discussions
5. Client Engagement
- Engage with healthcare providers to understand operational challenges
- Lead pilots and proof-of-concept implementations
- Capture feedback and translate insights into product innovation and roadmap enhancements
6. Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a team of product and solutioning professionals
- Drive execution excellence across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Mentor team members and build a high-performance, ownership-driven culture
Qualifications:
Experience
- 12+ years of experience in product management or solutioning roles
- 10+ years of experience in the US healthcare ecosystem, with strong exposure to provider-side clinical and administrative workflows
- 6+ years of experience leading and managing teams
- Proven experience building and scaling products in clinical workflow domains such as prescription management, provider inbox/clinical messaging, document management, or care coordination workflows
- Experience designing and optimizing high-volume workflow systems (task routing, triage, automation, or operational inbox management)
- Proven track record of owning and scaling products end-to-end (0→1 and 1→N), from ideation through launch, adoption, and expansion
- Proven experience working with or integrating EHR systems, with strong preference for Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), and MEDITECH
- Strong experience in clinical workflow design and solutioning
- Experience in managing P&L or driving revenue-linked product outcomes
- Exposure to clinical operations, quality, or process excellence functions is a plus
