Associate Healthcare Sales

Experience: 1 to 5 years in Medical sales, devices and equipment and others , preferable experience to work with healthcare sector

Business Development of new product and services , need analysis , cost analysis , proposal submission , presentationsAccount Management - Collection , Contract Management , Customer Training and OthersTo work with the multiple stakeholders for projects , setting up new plant and othersWork with internal stakeholders for early execution of ordersWork with Sales Coordinator for Master Data Management i.e CRM

Required key skills (functional/technical)Financial skills with analytical approach - the packaged gases business "sales , business development, Application sales - shielding gas conversions , buyer behavior."Direct/Channel salesKnowledge of " make "and different productsCommunications skills (effective presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution)Strong change management leadership, ability to transform businessLanguage Skills - Fluent in both written and spoken Hindi , English and local language preferred
