This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to meaningful cases that impact individuals alike. *Duties* * Conduct thorough legal research utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and legal opinions. * Draft clear, precise legal documents including pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and correspondence with exceptional writing skills. * Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and negotiations by organizing case files and evidence. * Participate in negotiations with clients and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes. * Review and analyze legal documents related to medical malpractice. * Maintain meticulous records of case developments and manage legal administrative tasks efficiently within the law office environment. *Qualifications* * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required. * Valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. * Proven experience or strong familiarity with civil litigation specifically medical malpractice. * Proficiency in legal research tools including LexisNexis and Westlaw. * Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce well-structured legal documents under tight deadlines. * Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to analyze complex legal issues critically. * Legal administrative experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail.
