Job Description
Role PurposeResponsible for managing New Process Implementation and increasing sourcing through YONO platform.
Role AccountabilityDrive Key Projects to enhance productivity of SBI Card Banca ChannelDesign program and journey in consultation with Sales team and Get Legal, Compliance and Infosec approvals on the journeyLead detailed preparation and walk through of BRD to SBI IT and SBI Card IT, resolve all queries and incorporate feedbackGet project prioritized for development in SBI and SBI Card, conduct effective UAT and other testing and get all bugs rectified followed by preparing and driving a structured launch plan and conducting a Pilot Launch+A1 to take learningOversee final launch, look out for any issue or challenges and publish metrics of successEnsuring 1 lac cards from YONO/INB E2E Journey and 5 lac cards from Branch JourneyBank Stakeholder ManagementWork in coordination with YONO Business, YONO IT, SBI Compliance, SBI Analytics & Special project team to get the desired projects designed, approved and implemented.Leading the Customer Service Effort by managing Customer Service Escalation including hand deliveriesOperating RhythmChart out a detailed Project Plan with Timelines, support required etc.Publish reports for performance tracking and conduct required training sessions for the Sales & bank teams to achieve higher productivity.Support to Circle Sales TeamProvide continuous support to Circle Sales team on their circle requirements and ensure quick resolution for IT related issues raised by Sales teamRepresent SBI Card in P Review, Conference, Strategy Meets, Governing Council Represent SBI Card in various P-Review, CENMAC and Circle review meets, Project review, Strategy Meet, prepare MOM / Action items from these meetings and get them actioned uponEnsure adherence to the regulatory framework and law of the land in all operationsDriving new initiatives between SBI and SBI card Lead design and implementation of any digital initiatives involving integration between SBI and SBI card IT systemsKeep a watch on industry best practices for new tools/government guidelines and benchmark existing process and build new process basis any new development in industryEnsure process documentation and compliance adherenceTraining and Development16. Design training manuals for all India training for SBIC and SBI.17. Lead All India Sales Training.A1Measures of SuccessTimely and accurate implementation of YONO system changesVoice of customers (Leadership)Smooth Operations of existing programProcess Adherence as per MOUEnhancement in channel penetration.
Technical Skills / Experience / CertificationsMust have experience in digital marketing, credit card industry knowledge, relationship management.Understanding of application approval processAwareness of bank branch operations
