This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Project Manager. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting with project planning, tracking deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timelines and budgets are met. This role involves coordinating logistics, expediting tasks, monitoring progress, and conducting inspections to ensure quality and efficiency across projects.
The role requires proactive communication and strategic problem-solving to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Proficiency in Expeditor and Expediting to track and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management
- Experience in Inspection to ensure compliance with quality and technical standards
- Expertise in Logistics Management for efficient movement and allocation of resources
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with startup ecosystems and technology-driven environments is a plus
