Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Fairfax, VA is hiring an Assistant Spa Manager with experience in a membership-model spa franchise environment. What Youll Do Support and help lead a high-performing front desk and sales team Drive membership sales, upgrades, and retention in a membership-based spa model Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (conversion, rebooks, attrition, revenue) Follow structured processes and ensure execution across the team Coach Spa Associates on sales behaviors and client experience Maintain organization across schedules, inventory, payroll support, and reporting Partner closely with the Spa Manager to ensure operational excellence

What Were Looking For Experience working in a membership-based spa or franchise environment required Strong understanding of recurring revenue and client retention strategies Highly organized you enjoy lists, trackers, and structured systems Proven follow-through and task completion skills Comfortable holding team members accountable in a professional way Sales-focused mindset with leadership capability Weekend availability
