Assistant Manager

We are searching for a committed, proactive Assist Manager who would enjoy working in an exciting, fast-paced environment at our Boxcar location in Atlanta, GA. Most importantly you are a beer geek who isn’t afraid to show off your extensive knowledge with staff and patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Keyholder who has the ability to open and close the restaurant on your own
• Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons
• Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls
• Working with diverse personalities
• Diffusing tense situations between patrons or staff members to prevent possible safety or legal issues, ejecting unruly persons, if needed
• Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons
