What you'll bring:

• 3+ years of restaurant experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience

In this role, you'll:

• Work during our regular operating hours, which extend from 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM on Sundays through Wednesdays, and from 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM on Thursdays through Saturdays
• Take and manage food inventory
• Reduce and eliminate ticket times through smart systems + leadership
• Guide and develop kitchen staff
• Count tills and accurately record operations data
