We need a regional retail operator who can handle sales, manage operations, and lead a team to make the regional stores benchmarks!Your Core BattlefieldOperational Coordination: Manage directly operated and authorized stores, set sales plans and targets, and lead the region to achieve higher market share.Operational Implementation: Monitor daily store standards and market activities to maximize brand image and store efficiency.Team Empowerment: Lead the regional team, conduct training, build a talent pipeline, and increase the number of reliable personnel.Multi-Party Collaboration: Collaborate with new retail platforms to promote business, maintain good relationships with authorized dealers and suppliers, and ensure successful cooperation.Store Expansion: Plan the regional store system, work with the expansion team to achieve store opening goals, and expand the business footprint.We are looking for someone like you: 5+ years of regional management experience, consumer electronics industry preferredUnderstand international retail practices, with successful case studies in regional business expansion/managementBachelor's degree or above, fluent in English as a working languageSkilled in project management, able to efficiently implement tasks.Bonus Points: 20-50 store management experience, store expansion experience, 3C industry experience.
