Job Descriptions:Responsible to manage & oversee sales team & activity in the assigned area.Develop and implement sales strategies based on market potential and company targets.Ensure sales targets are achieved consistently. Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective execution of promotional programs.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers (retailers, distributors, or end-users).Handle customer complaints or operational issues professionally and efficiently.Oversee product distribution and ensure stock availability in the market.Ensure products are displayed correctly and support inventory management.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Report sales performance and progress to upper management on a regular basis.Perform other tasks as requested by management. Requirements:Min. 2 years as Sales Supervisor.Expertise in sales management (Sell-In to Distributor, Sell through to Stores, Sell Out to customers).Understand and know basic flow business in distributor FMCG or Pharmacy.Good knowledge of the assigned area (geography, demographics, and market behavior).Can analyze report and result oriented.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (English is preferred).Willing to place in certain area and following distributor agendas.Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A or C) and willing to travel frequently.
