Job Description
Focus on existing accounts by strategically identifying hospitals that are underutilizing install applications. Provide data and set quantitative objectives and implement plan. Report results in a quantitative form (i.e. number of cases before plan, number of cases after plan) and develop a consistent template used by the entire team - Define visitation and key account strategy that will fit the needs of your region based on visitation potential, speaking potential and R&D interests as it relates to both product portfolio and implant partner, if applicable;
Develop and manage key accounts and document activities and outcomes at each account on a quarterly basis. Assist R&D with (in the field) feedback on their specific modality including annual visits to Munich to work with the development team.
Document sales upgrade projects quarterly on the upgrade / transparency spreadsheet - Coordinate and execute regional courses related to your modality. This includes masters courses as well as collaborative courses with our partners. At least 2 courses will be conducted annually
Identifies Regional Key Events and supports Sales as the Expert
Coordinates courses / pre-sales training to prospective customers
Supports pre- sales activities as Application Expert in presentations, evaluations, and customer meetings
Ensures superior regional product knowledge - Executes key Strategic Marketing Initiatives (Regional & Corporate) - Assists in intelligence gathering of key surgeons and centers
Assists in Market Transparency
Coordinate, implement and execute Business Development Plan for targeted business (Special Projects) within the Region
Coordinates on-site visitations of other customers at key centers
Provides feedback to Product Management and R&D - Establishes close personal bond to reference surgeons
Facilitates publication of studies/presentations at international congresses - Analyze the accounts clinical profile to identify needs of the customer and offer a solution involving Brainlab products
Perform clinical demonstrations
Conduct software updates
Educate, train, provide on- site guidance and assistance to physicians and hospital personnels (physicists, therapists, biomedical and information technologies staff) on the use of Brainlab products and services, maximizing product efficiency and usage.
