Application Architect

We are partnered with a well established global financial institution to hire an IT Architect. This is a regional role where you will drive architecture design and technology decisions across APAC.You will work closely with business and engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and data driven solutions. The role offers strong exposure to cloud, data platforms, and regional transformation initiatives.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement end to end architecture across applications, data, and infrastructureBuild proofs of concept and pilot solutions using modern technologiesDrive cloud adoption with a focus on AzureDefine and maintain architecture standards, guidelines, and documentationCollaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure smooth system integrationSupport data platforms including data warehouse and analytics systemsConduct architecture reviews, feasibility studies, and impact assessmentsLead transformation initiatives including low code and process automation platformsManage external vendors and ensure delivery qualityStay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements RequirementsExperience as an IT Architect, Systems Analyst, or Senior EngineerStrong understanding of architecture design, design patterns, and system integrationExperience with cloud platforms such as AzureStrong knowledge of data. Data warehouse, data modelling, analyticsExposure to low code platforms or business process automation tools is a plusFamiliar with Agile and DevOps practicesExperience in financial services or regulated environments is preferredStrong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across regions
