Relevant Work Experience Candidates with prior internship or work experience in government departments, consulting firms, development sector organisations, NGOs, CSR initiatives, research institutions, multilateral agencies, or public policy and public sector governance projects will be preferred.Preference will also be given to candidates with exposure to policy research, programme implementation, stakeholder coordination, monitoring & evaluation, data analysis, impact assessment, field research, project management, or government advisory assignments. Familiarity with public sector processes, government schemes, and development ecosystem projects will be an added advantage.
Role OverviewThe Analyst - Government Advisory will support policy research, project implementation, programme management, stakeholder coordination, and strategic advisory assignments for Government Departments and Public Institutions.The role requires strong analytical thinking, structured communication, documentation abilities, and willingness to work in dynamic public sector environments. The selected candidate will contribute to governance reforms, implementation support, monitoring frameworks, policy studies, institutional strengthening, and development sector initiatives.

Preferred Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should have a strong interest in public policy, governance, and development sector projects, along with strong technical and analytical abilities. Candidates with internship, research, fellowship, or work experience in Government Departments, consulting firms, NGOs, CSR initiatives, research institutions, or public policy and governance projects will be preferred. Preference will also be given to candidates with exposure to programme implementation, stakeholder coordination, monitoring & evaluation, policy research, field engagement, livelihood or social sector projects, and willingness to travel for project-related assignments.
Travel & Mobility RequirementsWillingness to travel within Rajasthan and other locations, as required for project assignments.Ability to undertake field visits, stakeholder consultations, district-level reviews, and implementation assessments.Flexibility to work in dynamic and fast-paced public sector environments.Candidates should be comfortable with short-duration and periodic travel based on project needs.
