Job Description
As part of the\nBusiness Strategy & Governance department, the Business Strategy Coordinator\nwill support the Director of Business Strategy & Governance. She/He will\nassist in the preparation of strategic materials, create supports (mainly\nPowerPoint presentations) for key communication moments involving the Deputy\nGeneral Manager and potentially its department, and coordinate various projects\nwithin the Business Strategy & Governance department.

Main missions:
\n\n
* Develop Adhoc strategic support
\n\n
Assist in building strategic support\nmaterials and content for the Deputy CEO and leadership team.
\n\n
Develop and maintain a structured\npresentation framework to for key presentations, ensuring regular updates with\nkey figures and key achievements assets. Therefore monitor our key performance\nindicators (revenue, market share, profitability of the different categories,\netc.), follow market trends and make relevant recommendations based on market\nanalyses.
\n\n
Act as the main internal point of contact\nfor other departments seeking market-related information (e.g., global\nstrategy, business trajectory & updates) for high-level presentations.
\n\n
Establish and oversee a departmental key milestone\ncalendar, ensuring alignment and sharing with relevant teams.
\n\n
Contribute actively to department\nengagement through presentations, seminars, and other initiatives-proposing\nformats, frequency, and improvements.
\n\n
Conduct regular competitive monitoring to\nidentify innovative initiatives and provide insights.
\n\n
* Coordinate transversal projects
\n\n
Support the Business Strategy &\nGovernance Director on its key transversal projects
\n\n
Establish and maintain detailed project\ntimelines and dashboards to provide visibility on key milestones. Monitor\nprogress.
\n\n
Coordinate with regional and/or HQ teams\nto track deliverables and resolve roadblocks.
