Key ResponsibilitiesAI Strategy for MarketingAct as the go-to expert for AI adoption within the marketing function.Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend the best solutions based on business needs.Develop AI-first workflows to improve campaign execution, content production, and operational efficiency.Marketing AutomationBuild and maintain automated workflows using no-code/low-code platforms and AI agents.Automate repetitive marketing tasks such as content generation, reporting, campaign setup, tagging, and data processing.Integrate AI tools with existing marketing systems and collaboration platforms wherever possible.Creative & Content EnablementGuide teams on selecting the right AI solutions for:Copywriting and campaign ideationImage generation and enhancementProduct photography augmentationGraphic design assistanceVideo creation and editingSocial media content productionPresentation and document creationCreate reusable prompts, templates, and best practices for marketing teams.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Brand, Performance Marketing, Design, CRM, Product, and Content teams to identify AI-driven opportunities.Train internal stakeholders on AI tools and encourage responsible adoption.Continuously optimize workflows based on business feedback and evolving technology.Innovation & GovernanceStay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and marketing technology.Ensure responsible use of AI while maintaining brand consistency, quality standards, and data privacy.Document AI processes and establish scalable operating procedures.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.3-7 years of experience in marketing, growth, digital transformation, marketing technology, or AI implementation.Demonstrated experience using AI tools to solve real business problems.Preferred SkillsStrong understanding of digital marketing, branding, content strategy, and customer acquisition.Hands-on experience with leading AI platforms for text, image, video, design, research, and automation.Experience with prompt engineering and creating AI-assisted workflows.Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools.Understanding of APIs and integrations between marketing systems is an advantage.Analytical mindset with the ability to measure ROI and optimize AI-driven initiatives.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Success MetricsReduction in campaign turnaround times through AI automation.Increased productivity across creative and marketing teams.Successful implementation of AI-powered workflows and automations.Adoption of standardized AI practices across the organization.Measurable improvement in content production efficiency and operational effectiveness.What Makes a Great Fit?You know which AI tool is best suited for which problem-whether it's generating ad copy, editing product images, designing creatives, producing videos, conducting research, or automating repetitive workflows.You combine marketing intuition with technical curiosity and enjoy experimenting with emerging technologies.You are passionate about building scalable AI solutions that help teams work smarter and fast
