Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Admissions Counselor. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process by providing information about programs, answering inquiries, and assisting with applications. Additional responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, building strong relationships with potential applicants, and collaborating with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and their families.Customer Service skills to provide a positive and supportive experience throughout the admissions process.Sales skills to achieve enrollment goals and effectively persuade prospective students to join the institution.Understanding of the Education sector and familiarity with academic programs and admissions processes.Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
