The role involves guiding prospective students and parents, managing inquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions. Telecalling & Lead ManagementMake 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents from assigned databasesHandle inbound inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email professionallyConduct cold calling and ensure timely follow-ups on leadsMaintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM systemsTrack daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics including calls, conversions, and enrollmentsAchieve assigned admission and enrollment targets2.
