Job Description
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional who wants more than an occupation—this is a long-term career path. The position begins with one year of hands‑on administrative and client-service training, while simultaneously learning how to educate clients on disability and life insurance for physicians. We have an opportunity for the right candidate with a profitable marketplace.
This position offers the option to work remote or from the office with a supportive, high-performance team. By Year 2, the right person will transition into a client-facing advisor role with the opportunity to sell, grow their income, and build a long-term career. Client care responsibilities remain an essential part of the advisor role.
Compensation and Benefits Compensation: $25 per hour with bonuses to start, commission-based sales after Year 1 plus hourly wage Year 1: Client Care Specialist Manage 20–30 cases, process applications and follow-ups, run quotes, and support advisors. Learn disability and life insurance for physicians. Join client meetings, educate physicians, and take ownership of prospects and referrals.
Begin building your own book of business, and continue providing high-quality client care to your growing clientele. What We’re Looking For Self-starter with strong initiative, reliability, and follow-through. Extremely organized, detail-oriented , and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to retain and convey detailed information with ease. High integrity and ethical judgment; must pass a background check. Highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently. Willingness and ability to obtain necessary licensing/certifications, including passing the Life Insurance exam within the first year. Solid references (no family or friends).
