Job Description
**This is a temporary replacement position for 2 days per week. This replacement will end when the permanent position holder returns. JOB SUMMARY The HR Assistant supports their team by providing administrative and secretarial services.
They perform a variety of clerical tasks, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents; organizing meetings and taking minutes; managing mail and records; and maintaining filing systems. They are responsible for coordinating and ensuring the quality of administrative processes and office operations. Specific tasks include: Validating invoices from agencies Overseeing probation and annual performance appraisals Follow-ups on documents required for employee files Coordination of ERC and OHS committees (sending reminders and preparing documents) Administrative support to the maintenance team DEP or AEC in secretarial or office management OR DEC in office management OR academic training combined with relevant experience Computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office, etc.) Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
