Job Description:Handle administrative tasks for the Operations DepartmentOrganize, prepare, and manage company documents, including internal memo, contract, invoices, correspondence, SOP, and legal documentsMaintain database of office, stores, and warehouses on a monthly basis and ensure proper filing of both softcopy and hardcopy documentsRecord meeting discussions and ensure all records are properly maintainedTrack and follow up on the progress of tasks across departments related to operational mattersAssist in the preparation and organization of documents required for audits or inspectionsFollow up on pending partnership agreements and ensure all signed documents are properly archived Qualications:Minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related fieldPrior administrative experience, preferably in the retail industry or related industryHigh attention to detail and accuracy in administrative and data managementStrong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and computer literateAbility to work on-site in Kelapa Gading
