We specialize in delivering high-quality human-curated data, AI-first operations, and advanced AI evaluation systems that power next-generation AI technologies.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on finance, accounting operations, bookkeeping, invoicing, payment workflows, and financial documentation.In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, reconciliations, financial records, accounting communications, and reporting workflows. Your expertise will help improve how AI models understand and perform finance and accounting-related tasks with accuracy and consistency.Your contributions will support the development of AI systems used in financial operations, accounting automation, enterprise workflows, and intelligent business solutions.ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality deliverables addressing common accounts payable and accounts receivable scenariosAnnotate, review, and evaluate AI-generated accounting and finance-related contentAssess AI outputs involving invoices, payment processing, vendor management, customer billing, reconciliations, and financial documentationReview peer-developed deliverables to improve AI evaluation quality and consistencyIdentify accounting inaccuracies, calculation errors, compliance issues, process gaps, or inconsistencies in AI-generated outputs and provide structured feedbackEvaluate financial communications for clarity, professionalism, accuracy, and business relevanceSupport workflows involving bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation, invoice management, expense tracking, payment processing, and financial reportingContribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on accounting operations and financial workflow automationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related fieldProfessional experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, Finance Operations, or AccountingStrong understanding of invoicing, reconciliations, ledger management, payment processing, and financial documentationFamiliarity with accounting principles and financial controlsExperience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, Xero, or similar platforms is preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to review and validate financial information for accuracy and completenessExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environmentWhy Join UsCompetitive hourly pay: 1,200/hourFully remote with flexible working hoursOpportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI and finance automation researchExposure to AI-powered accounting, bookkeeping, and financial workflow systemsFlexible project-based opportunities with global teamsWork alongside experts from leading institutions and technology organizations
