Strong skills in Microsoft Office and communication in at least two languages are essential.
Key Responsibilities: • Organize the Finance Department filing system • Code and enter invoices for payments without delay • Ensure timely processing of cheques and EFTs • Address supplier inquiries related to payments • Verify suppliers' monthly statements for accuracy
Requirements: • Diploma or certificate in Accounting or related field • 1-3 years of relevant experience • Bilingual communication skills required • Proficient in Microsoft Suite • Security clearance necessary
