This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a minimum of three years' experience in full cycle accounting. Your responsibilities will include precise processing of invoices and payments, performing reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies in financial records. With your expertise in ERP systems and GAAP, you will contribute to maintaining the company's financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities: • Process accounting transactions with accurate GL coding • Assist in determining cash needs and scheduling payments • Perform detailed monthly bank reconciliations • Reconcile account statements to ERP system reports • Provide reports to management as required
Requirements: • College Diploma or University Degree in a related field • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience • Strong knowledge of GAAP and ERP applications • Proficient in Excel with complex formulas • Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area
