Key ResponsibilitiesManaging supplier accounts, including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations and handling supplier queriesProcessing sales invoicesProviding administrative support to operational staff and managementAnswering incoming calls to the finance officeCarrying out general finance office duties as required
Desirable Skills & ExperienceStrong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelAbility to learn new financial and operational softwareKnowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central (beneficial but not essential)Excellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesStrong communication skills and a solid work ethic
