Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations within a fast-paced, community-driven program. This role will ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and timely execution of all finance-related processes. Key ResponsibilitiesEnglish:Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reporting, and reconciliationsOversee budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control across operationsMonitor procurement spending to ensure alignment with budget and pricing standardsMaintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulationsCoordinate with operational teams to support efficient financial planning and decision-makingIdentify areas for process improvement and strengthen financial controls Bahasa Indonesia: Kemi memerlukan orang yang bisa kerja di lokasi, melakukan pencatatan persediaan, jumlah dan harga-harga barang yang masuk, serta mengumupulkan / merekap seluruh transaksi. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and regulatory requirementsHigh attention to detail, teamwork, and analytical skillProficient in spreadsheets and accounting systemsAble to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesFresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
