Accounting Manager

Responsibilities : Develop and define the company’s accounting strategy in alignment with business operations, manufacturing processes, and overall company growthEnsure all financial records and reporting are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable accounting standardAnalyze financial statements and provide strategic insights and recommendations to management regarding the company’s financial performance and conditionEstablish, implement, and continuously improve accounting systems, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectivenessOversee and control financial and operational activities related to asset management and resource utilization to ensure compliance and efficiencyManage the financial audit process and ensure the accuracy and readiness of reports for both internal and external stakeholdersLead and develop the Accounting team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and enhancing team capabilities Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (minimum GPA 3.00). A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is preferredMinimum 8 years of relevant experience, with a manufacturing industry exposure, including at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)Proven experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and strong proficiency in financial systems and reporting toolsExperience in financial reporting, including regulatory and management reporting (experience with BI tools is an advantage)Experience in internal, external, and tax audits with strong compliance knowledgeStrong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments
