Job Description

We are at an inflection point, building on our strengths while transforming our internal operations and customer service.
Ideal candidate skills:
- 6-8 years of experience in Account Management
- 2-4 years in management/business/IT consulting (client-facing preferred) focused on project delivery: requirement gathering, project planning, business analysis, etc.
Good to have: 4+ years of Sales / PreSales / Business Development experience in enterprise sales or high-ticket IT consultative roles with solution-building capabilities. Experience working with CxO level.
Account Mining:
- Experience in expanding existing revenue and acquiring new business within assigned accounts
- Build and manage executive-level client and stakeholder relationships, expanding project portfolios
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills with a structured, logical approach
- Exceptional communication skills; self-starter capable of learning with minimal oversight
- Willingness to work in a business and IT hybrid role with onshore/offshore teams
- MBA preferred; Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business from an accredited university with a strong academic record
- Domain expertise and project management skills are a plus but not mandatory
- Willingness to travel as needed
Must Have Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Understanding of enterprise technologies such as ERP, Digital, Infrastructure, and current trends
- Understanding of business processes like supply chain, HR, finance, manufacturing
- Experience working with senior leadership and clients
- Knowledge of various IT Service engagement models
- Experience working with onsite-offshore teams
- Self-motivated learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field from an accredited university
