Job Summary
RIFE International is seeking a results-oriented Account Manager to lead client engagement across its U.S. operations. This individual will serve as a trusted liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring successful project delivery and strong long- term relationships in clean energy and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and performance.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services or extend project scope.
- Report progress, KPIs, and client updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience in account management or client services.
- Familiarity with energy efficiency, sustainability, or engineering projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
