Job Responsibilities

• Aggressively reach out to domestic corporates to explore possible CSR partnerships.
• Build and maintain a pan-India database of potential corporate funders and HNIs with background and contact details
• Assist in setting and implementing the strategy for CSR and HNI fundraising
• Reach out to potential CSR and HNI donors via LinkedIn, email, or calls and set up meetings/calls
• Assist in updating pitch decks/ creating slides for meetings with donors
• Understanding program design and making budgets for applications/ proposals
• Support in drafting applications/ proposals to corporates
• Timely reporting of all assigned CSR projects
• Ensure timely utilization of funds by liaising with the program and the finance team on a regular basis
• Assist in planning, organizing and attending field visits with CSR donors
• Explore volunteering and employee giving opportunities- Donor Reach, Donor Retention and Donor Engagement
